Elin Woods reportedly purchases $2 million Swedish home Print E-mail
Monday, 04 January 2010

In some of the least salacious news coming out of the Tiger Woods story of late, Swedish news services are reporting that Elin Nordegren Woods has paid $2 million for a Swedish island mansion.

Dubbed "Faglaro Mansion" and pictured above left, the home sits on an island reachable from Stockholm only by ferry. The remote location of the Stockholm home would appear ideal for an individual as notably press-shy as Elin Woods, who has made no public statement and, apparently, no public appearances since the wreck involving Tiger Woods and his Escalade nearly two weeks ago. The Nordegren family has said only that Elin has purchased the home with her twin sister.
